Modern building with usable interiors. All wooden slats, both internal and external, have Corona Randomizer that makes it very easy to randomize color and uvw direction. Despite the size, the file is not heavy to work with. All textures are in Corona legacy so they can be used in previous versions of corona however as it has materials using Corona uvw randomizer it would be ideal to be used from Corona 6.
